Briana Lacey-King is a licensed loan officer based in Austin, Texas. Her passion for lending started during the purchase of her first home in 2019. Due to her single salaried income, becoming pre-approved for a home within city limits took several denied applications before finally reaching a lender that told her yes. It became apparent to her then just how much mortgage lenders control access to wealth through real estate. Fast forward to now, she focuses dually on helping first time home buyers and first time investors build their net worth. In 2022 alone, Briana was responsible for helping 6 families gain access to over $3 million dollars real estate assets after another lender told them they did not qualify.
Briana leverages all of the tools in her belt to get someone on the ladder; from down payment assistance programs, to high networth asset based loans, Briana puts the pieces together to help anyone build wealth through real estate.
In her spare time, she volunteers as Events Chair with Austin Black Real Estate Professionals, Project Manager for _OFCOLOR, and is the President of her BNI Chapter, Legacy Builders.
